The cooling zones, into which the glycol is channeled, are the “floor” of the ice rink and there the water falls which creates the ice we want.
They are made of EPDM elastomeric material, to withstand extreme temperatures from -40 ˚C to +120 ˚C and pressures up to 5 bar. Their thickness is 0.5 cm allowing the ice to be built very quickly but without being costly in energy consumption.
Our company is the only manufacturer of EPDM cooling zones for Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans.
